The founder watched construction crews scramble to find reliable sanitation. Portable toilet companies treated small jobs like they didn't matter. Septic pumping services took weeks to show up. Roll-off dumpster rental meant renting from out-of-town outfits that didn't understand local conditions. He decided to fix that by building a company that answers the phone same day and shows up when promised.
Alameda Porta Pros began with three standard portable toilets and a septic pump truck. Today we operate a fleet of 120 units covering everything from basic rentals to ADA Accessible Porta Potty options that meet ADA Standards section 213.2, which requires at least one accessible unit in a cluster. Our holding tanks hold 60 to 70 gallons on standard units and we service them weekly according to ANSI/PSAI Z4.3, the industry standard for sanitation service.
What we rent and service
We rent Standard Porta Potty units at $100 to $350 per day depending on duration and market demand. Deluxe Flushable Porta Potty models run $85 to $1200 per day. For sites where workers apply paints, coatings, herbicides or insecticides, we provide Handwashing Station Rental that meets OSHA 1926.51(f)(1) and 29 CFR 1910.141(d)(2), which require soap and hand drying devices, not just sanitizer.
Roll-Off Dumpster Rental is available in sizes for home renovation, demolition and construction cleanup. Delivery requires about 60 feet of straight clearance behind the truck. Restroom Trailer Rental serves events, film sets and large construction projects where comfort matters. Storage Container Rental handles equipment, materials and temporary office needs. Temporary Fence Rental secures job sites and crowds. Septic Pumping Service pulls waste from residential tanks every 3 to 5 years, depending on tank size and household size.

What's the difference between a standard and a deluxe porta potty?
Deluxe units have flushing toilets, hand-washing sinks, mirrors and better ventilation. They rent higher and are best for events, offices and professional sites. Standard units are fine for construction, painting and demolition where durability matters more than amenities.
